Workshops

These are workshops sponsored by the Chapter in 2012:

The Value of Usability Testing (Wednesday, October 24, 2012 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM EDT)

Learn the basic principles of usability testing and how they can be incorporated into a user-centered design process that improves the quality of your site or product.  This overview will cover developing, conducting, and reporting findings from a small usability test; and will illustrate why a small test can make a big difference to your users.

Brian Arsenault earned his MS in Library and Information Studies from The Florida State University in 2000.  He is currently Senior Web Application Engineer at the FSU Center for Information Management & Educational Services and coordinates on-site and remote usability testing for CIMES.
